1 mile fun run 8:30am, 4 mile run 9:00am. Registration 7:30am at Islip Town Beach, 4 Mile $20. Fun Run $10, Day of 4 mile $25, Fun Run $10. Free T-shirt to all runners, Complimentary post-race BBQ.
Pre-race pasta dinner Friday 6:00-8:00pm at the Beach Club Estates on Rose Lane, Lake Ronkonkoma. Free to all registered runners, Guests $10.00. Register on-line.
